By accessing gcertainity.com, submitting an application for the AI FDE Fellowship, or requesting an institutional briefing proposal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
GCertainity Commercial AI Engineering programs are 100% stream-neutral and open to all candidate backgrounds — including Computer Science (CSE/IT), Core Engineering (ECE, Mechanical, Civil, Biotech), Management (MBA/BBA), Sciences (B.Sc), Commerce (B.Com), and Design. Zero prior coding background is required.
2. Candidate Fellowship Deliverables & Proof of Work
Candidates enrolled in the 1-Year Live AI FDE Fellowship receive:
- 360+ Hours of Live Build Sprints: Hands-on live instruction covering multi-agent LangGraph orchestration, RAGAS evals auditing, vector hybrid databases, Cursor IDE workflow, and containerized cloud deployment.
- 5 Production-Grade Systems: Mandatory deployment of 5 real-world production AI systems.
- Verifiable Proof-of-Work URLs: Issuance of a tamper-proof verification URL (
gcertainity.com/verify/...) displaying live container health, build metrics, and API evaluation audits. - Standalone Certification: The official GCertainity AI Forward Deployed Engineer (AI FDE) Certification issued by GCertainity Venture Studio.
3. Commercial Terms & Fee Structure
Candidate enrollment fees are fixed at ₹10,000 per month with flexible installment options. Institutional university pricing is customized per campus grant or batch size upon formal briefing submission. All fees cover compute infrastructure, LLM API access, live practitioner instruction, and verification URL hosting.
4. Operational 1-Hour Revert Guarantee
GCertainity operates under a strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) guaranteeing that our admissions team and institutional leadership will revert to all submitted candidate applications and university partnership inquiries within a 1-hour time window.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Candidate Ownership: Fellows retain 100% intellectual property rights over custom capstone application code and autonomous SaaS products created during the fellowship.
GCertainity IP: GCertainity retains exclusive ownership over all proprietary course materials, RAG evaluation engines, multi-agent frameworks, trademarks, logos, and the gcertainity.com/verify/... verification infrastructure.
6. Academic Credit Mapping & University Collaboration
For university-integrated campus programs, GCertainity provides credit mapping frameworks aligned with UGC, AICTE, and university credit regulations. The 5 deployed capstone projects satisfy mandatory semester internship and final-year capstone project requirements as co-signed with partner institutions.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
GCertainity shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use. Total financial liability is strictly capped at the total fees paid by the candidate or institution during the preceding 30-day billing cycle. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
